The first roller shutter box series made of Neopor®- top marks in thermal insulation
The ROKA-NEOLINE® roller shutter box ensures optimum insulation values thanks to its sophisticated technology and convinces with its stable and safe workmanship. The all-round thermally insulated system achieves previously impossible Psi and Usb values - the heat remains in the interior. Thanks to the studded surface, the elements can be easily plastered over and integrated into the façade. You receive ROKA-NEOLINE® closed on the room side (RG) as a self-supporting element with a specially profiled Platinum® insert. For ROKA-NEOLINE® , the driving rain-proof and thermally decoupled aluminium guide rail system ALU RG-TG is available.
Closed on room side
The advantage of systems that are closed on the room side is, in addition to the improved insulating properties, the invisible integration on the room side. Since the inspection is carried out from the outside, the box can be fully plastered from the inside.
Thermal insulation and soundproofing
Thanks to its optimised details and improved installation situation, ROKA-NEOLINE® achieves top values in terms of thermal insulation and soundproofing.
1. window fixing profile
The PVC profile is used to fix the window frame. From a length of 1750 mm it is equipped with a steel reinforcement.
2. reinforcement insert
Profiled PLATINUM® steel sheets or specially reinforced reinforcement inserts ensure high rigidity.
