Are you looking for a roller shutter box that is suitable for brick construction and also has special insulating properties? Then ROKA-LITH NEOLINE is the right choice. The top priority in the development of the roller shutter boxes made of brick and Neopor® was to achieve first-class and never before achieved thermal insulation values. The result is impressive. The systems of the ROKA-LITH NEOLINE series are the most powerful of their kind.
Closed on room side
Systems that are closed on the room side have better insulating properties. The box can be fully plastered from the inside, as the inspection takes place from the outside.
1. window fixing profile
The PVC profile is used to fix the window frame. From a length of 1750 mm it is equipped with a steel reinforcement.
2. brick surface
The brick surface forms a visually homogeneous appearance with brickwork and a uniform render substrate.

Sound insulation
Sound insulation values of ≥ Rw = 42 dB without additional measures offer a wide range of planning options. The closed (RG) construction on the room side also makes the system absolutely airtight.
Thermal insulation
The thermal insulation properties of ROKA-LITH® NEOLINE represent the state of the art. Thanks to its optimised details and improved installation situation, the new powerhouse from Beck+Heun achieves the highest insulation values.
Extruded brick mouldings
For the wall thicknesses 425 and 490 mm, supplementary extruded brick mouldings are used. The hollow chambers of the 60 and 80 mm wide brick mouldings are filled with Neopor®.
Insulation material Neopor®
Neopor® has a thermal conductivity of λ = 0.032 W/(mK). The material achieves an insulation performance 20 percent better than its predecessor Styropor®.
Rolling space adaptation
The rolling space is adapted depending on whether ROKA-LITH NEOLINE is used above a window (165 mm) or a door (210 mm). Since less rolling space is required for the window version, this is provided with an additional insulation wedge. The result is a further optimisation of the insulation performance.
