GUIDE RAIL SYSTEMS
Our guide rail programme from our own production and partly patented. Here you will find variants for roller shutter boxes with a closing lid on the room side as well as for roller shutter boxes closed on the room side (RG). The guide rail systems can be coated in RAL colours, foiled or anodised - so there are almost no limits to individual design wishes.

Thermally separated and driving rain-proof
The aluminium guide rail system ALU RG-TG is glued to the window with a PVC nipple strip and an integrated sealing strip and fixed to it with screws - quickly and cleanly. This thermally decouples the guide rail from the window. As a result, depending on the installation situation, the reveal can even be executed without thermal bridges [ѱ = 0.00 W/(mK)] - for example with a masonry thickness of 36.5 centimetres with λ = 0.09 W/(mK).
Individual foiling
On request, almost every rail system can be coated with almost all Renolit and Hornschuch foils in smooth or textured. The overview in the table above shows which guide rail systems can be foiled.
INSECT SCREENS retrofittable*
Many GUIDE RAILS are suitable for the integration of a INSECT SCREENS - either directly or at a later date. For example, the ALU Standard guide rail can also be retrofitted with the IR-3 insect screen. RG guide rail systems can be completed with the insect screen IR-1.
Easy mounting of the RG rail systems
It's as simple as that: The base profile and the matching GUIDE RAILS are hooked into each other and connected by means of screws. For revision, the screws are simply loosened from the room side so that the guide rail can be removed from the base profile. The latter is usually plastered in on site. The guide rail itself must not be plastered and must always remain freely accessible.
Wide range of powder options
The track systems are available in white/anthracite grey as standard. The aluminium versions can also be powder-coated in almost any RAL colour as well as colours from the NCS colour palette.
