EC SYSTEM BOX AND NEOLINE BELT BOX

Smart double for belt and electric drive

EG-SYSTEMDOSE
As electrical distribution or with belt guide

Flexible retrofitting - save time

In the basic version, the EG system box serves as an electrical distribution box and, in combination with the belt outlet, as an insulating and tight belt guide. The small component offers many practical features. First and foremost, it can be converted right up to plastering - both from electrical to belt and vice versa.

The version with belt guide can also be locked in an intermediate position to facilitate the laying of tiles and provide sufficient space for a thicker plaster application. Additional extensions are no longer necessary.

Electrical version
  • For motor operation
  • With optimised, insulated extension
  • With membrane to seal the cable
  • Room side with sealing cover
  • Closed on room side (RG)
Version belt
  • For belt guide
  • With optimised, insulated extension
  • Possibility of an intermediate position
  • Room side with sealing cover
  • Closed on room side (RG)
Length diversity

In order to be able to optimally integrate the EG system box into the shading box, it is available in different lengths.

Standard sizes

The "standard" size (60 millimetres) of the box means that standard components can be used (such as a plaster compensation ring, signal or spring cover).

Conversion

To convert from electric to belt, only the cleaning cover and the membrane must be removed and the belt guide inserted. When changing from belt to electric, the belt guide is pulled out, the membrane is plugged in and the cleaning cover is attached.

Air tightness

Four brush sealing levels were provided to ensure airtightness.

Intermediate position

In order to be able to operate the belt guide correctly even with heavier plaster application or with tiles, the belt guide can be pulled out and locked in an intermediate position.

NEOLINE-BELT BOX
Variable even after bricking-in

Perfect adaptation - depending on the building situation

The NEOLINE belt box offers maximum adaptability and tightness. Two variants are available to match the gripping height: according to one brick (247 millimetres) or two bricks (494 millimetres). With the smaller 247-millimetre-high NEOLINE belt box, there is also a choice of two depths: 237 and 167 millimetres. The width of the NEOLINE belt box always corresponds to half a brick, taking into account the support width in the Beck+Heun roller shutter box systems. The perpendicular guidance is thus predefined. Due to the foamed Neopor body, the belt box is also airtight in accordance with DIN 4108-2:2013, thus preventing draughts and thermal bridges.

  • For belt guide
  • Optimised insulation values
  • Available in two different heights and depths
  • Room side with sealing cover
  • Closed on room side (RG)

Simple adjustment

If the belt guide is not mounted vertically due to construction tolerances, the belt winder can simply be moved accordingly - using an inlay that can be adjusted to the millimetre. The horizontal adjustment range is 34 millimetres. Simply loosen two screws, press the cover to the desired position, tighten the screws, and you're done!
